The information collected is private and confidential. We've made it simple for you to add resources to the FSN Resource Treasury below. When you search for Good Neighbors and resources you will gain access to their first name, last name, email address, and birth year. You then send them an email to get connected. Good Neighbors will contact you directly when you have what they are looking for.

Our trained Community Weavers and Family Advocates, who have passed background checks, volunteer to provide neighbors and agency referrals direct support services to ensure their needs get met. You may be asked to lend a helping hand from time to time. You are not obligated to serve. Notify us immediately if something just doesn't seem right.

You too can contact a Family Advocate or Community Weaver in your area for support or to find out about what's happening in your community.
