The ultimate test of a healthy pipeline is its sending capacity. A church that hoards its best leaders will eventually stagnate. A multiplying church joyfully commissions its finest men and women to plant new churches, launch new campuses, and carry the gospel further into the harvest field.
Deployment requires trust, structure, and strategic partnership. Whether you are planting an independent church or launching a new multisite campus, your deployment track should provide:
- Contextualized Training: Equipping leaders to exegete their target community, understand local demographics, and design culturally resonant outreach strategies.
- Core Team Formation: Gathering a dedicated launch team around the prospective planter or campus pastor to ensure they step out into mission together as a family.
- Ongoing Coaching and Support: Maintaining hands-on partnership long after the launch day, offering continuous encouragement, administrative systems, and pastoral care.
As Acts 13:2-3 (NIV) reminds us, while they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them." Sending out your best is an act of profound worship and obedience.
